---------------------

MAKING MEMORIES is this weeks kennel king after progresing nicely since his first startin the Group 3 Nowra Puppy Classic, running an impressive 3rd followed up with a fairytale win. Jumping well at his most recent start, he worked hard for the lead to which he was never in doubt beyond that point providing himself with a beautiful 6.25l victory for us and owners Paul and Chris (Woo Hoo We did it!!!) His time of 26.43 was quite good on a very slow track. 'Chase' really has changed since the pup he was into now a mature professional. COOL HARLEQUIN has been racing side by side with Chaser and has also been wuite impresive. Following her 4th in the Pup Classic Heat @ Nowra, Sally has followed up with a 2nd at Goulburn and recent 4th showing much promise in her final stages over the 350. Definitely wants further as did Chase indicate. Will be stepped upin coming starts. KAMIKAZE SPIRIT after a harsh start to racing (Final @ Richmond winner runs track record - then to Nowra to which he made the Group 3 Puppy Classic Final against strong city opposition) finally got a chance to show his ability when he proved all too powerful in an impressive come from behind win @ Bulli making it to a final this week, entering as the fastest qualifier. He was put out of play early but like mum, does not understand giving up. Thanks to Mel and Clarinda who have done the best job with this boy and no doubt i see him providing them with many wins in the future.

BACHELORETTE has done the unexpected and has come on season. Will be off to see Texas Gold during the week as a part of a breeding syndicate which has few shares remaining (www.team-bundy.com/forsale.html) . MAKE AN IMPACT has been trialling well around Sheparton for Mike and a nom wont be too far away. HELMSMAN has been retired. Beautiful loving dog who deserved a loving home, which he has gotten. UGLY has left to new trainer Jim Chircop in Vic who should be able to provide him with more than we have been able to. Also Team Elite own a share in the Team Bundy Charity Syndicate who have obtained a second dog in DETROIT. A beautiful Elgrando dog located in the Northern Rivers with Richie Vrckoff. We have a new entry to our team by the name of CASSIE for the Team Bundy Superfriends Syndicate. She is by Bond out of the Bale damline. Expected to trial in coming fortnight as well as her naming.

Pups / Unraced

Short update as per usual on pups. Jet is home and look an absolute marvel. Chubby boy but is working it off. Great kennel dog, and am thoroughly impressed with him thus far. Amy is growing up nicely. Hoping to see her in coming weeks.

Broodies

Breeding News:
Kimba's Spirit is hopefully 3 weeks in pup to Big Daddy Cool. We look forward to this litter afterhow high profile the first is getting.
Bachelorette will now enter the broodies listing while she remains here a part of Team Bundy to whelp her champs to Texas Gold.
Awaiting Jaalee to come on season.

Safe Racing,
Jaime

------------------------

BACHELORETTE has come back to the racing scene well with a first up 3rd after a short spell. Feeling and acting like a 2yrold she is not slowing down. MAKE AN IMPACT has been going well for Ken but due to his inability to run 500m we have contacted our friend in Victoria, Mike Davison to give im a try. Mike will give Max his final chance outside of our kennels and if he is not Vic class, we will see him come home to tackle the locals. HELMSMAN is travelling well, just unable to gain a start at this stage. UGLY is having his first official start tomorrow night in a qualy at Nowra. Trialling good enough but very young an inexperienced.

MAKING MEMORIES, COOL HARLEQUIN and KAMIKAZE SPIRIT are all going quite well and will be competing in the heats of the GROUP 3 NOWRA PUPPY CLASSIC this Monday. All will have their work cut out for them, but this is not out of their reach.
Good Luck to Paul and Chris who own Chase with us, i hope he can make you both proud first up. And Also Good Luck to Mel and Clarinda, trainers of Makita. Have done nothing short of a brilliant training job with the boy.
Congrats to the connections of Gibbo's Girl and Freckles, 2 of the littermates who are already Group3 Finalists.

Pups / Unraced

Short update as per usual on pups. Jet coming home next week, Amy looks an absolute treat as does Ellie and Domino was sold to a Vic connection.

Broodies

Breeding News:
We have sold our Big Sam Banner straw on a pup deal to a mate who plans to use it as a repeat mating over his bitch Classic Efjay,to which this mating produced a multiple Group 1 winner.
Kimba's Spirit has also come on season which has been an unexpected surprise. Jade is booked in to Big Daddy Cool and will be inseminated some time next week. This is a repeat mating to our already so far succeful first litter. BDC is now 'off the market' so this is our last chance to dothis mating and so we hope she has a belly full.

All for now with many busy weeks ahead.

Safe Racing,
Jaime

-------------------

BACHELORETTE has been unlucky in recent runs. After making it to a final at Nowra, starting favourite, she finished only 2L in fifth position. Last week came second in the Dapto Gymkhana and will make her way to Nowra or Richmond. MAKE AN IMPACT has now changed kennels and is to be trained by Ken Staines. We feel that Ken will be able to get the best out of our champ in Max and help him to reveal the ability he truly has. HELMSMAN changing trainers in near future. GOMAN although left a few weeks ago deserves a mention. Jim is doing a terrific job getting this boy up and free galloping ready to get back to trialling. Good Luck Team Bundy, Jim and the Iron Dog himself, Chewy on his racing future. A nicer dog would be hard to find. UGLY is going as well as can be expected of a young pup. Will travel around with the crew and tackle along the lines of Bulli, Nowra and Richmond gaining fitness and hopefully not too far away, a nomination.

MAKING MEMORIES and COOL HARLEQUIN have been going well around Nowra barring some soreness and will be venturing to Bulli or Richmond soon. Both looking and feeling well. We certainly feel like they will earn their keep and be TAB class. As maturity hits, their times are getting better, but still more improvement to come out of them. KAMIKAZE SPIRIT impressively won a qualifying race at Richmond and put in a nice effort in the semi final. To then come against a terrific field in the final where the track record as broken. Unfortunately he broke down but is on the mend to return in coming weeks.

Pups / Unraced

Not much to say on pups as per usual.. theyre fat, lazy, but love going for their runs in the open acreage. JET comes home next month, DOMINO being the champ he is, and AMY moved to her rearers Ken Staines last weekend. Settled in a treat and has dominated her kennelmates. Loving the space to run and should grow up into the lovely pup she was when she left.

Broodies

Like pups, hardly an update but they are all fat, all lazy.... but dont run as theyre too fat and lazy!
As i sit here doing an update, Jade (Kimba's Spirit) and Harry (Lochinvar Storm) are snoozing with a belly full of her dinner, lasange, and marshmallow. I thought that was well worth writing!

Safe Racing,
Jaime
